I've just come across you card in the car. I promised i would let you know how i got on with the car after your balance. I must say there is a 200% improvement. I Certainly do not get the vibration i had before i came to see you. There is still a bit compared to a modern car but i think i have to accept that as part of driving a 25 year old car. As you said the problem is partly due to locating the wheel on the balancing machine in the first place. All in all i am pleased to have eliminated the major vibration and it does at least feel nice to take it up to 70/75 without a real problem. Before it was 60/65 mph. The drive back along the M25 and M11 was much different to coming.
Can you please pass onto your directors my compliments for running a superb business. I am chairman of our local Chamber of Commerce and i wish more businesses were run like Elite. Well presented, nice pleasent staff and good facilities and a job well done. Excellent.
Ill come back if i have any other problems.
